BlogMatrix Sparks! 1.7.11-beta for Linux available

BlogMatrix Sparks! 1.7.11-beta for Linux is available. This beta catches the Linux version up with the Windows releases during the last month. You can read about how to install this on Linux here.

Notes:

  • We've only tested this one Red Hat Fedora Core 3
  • We are very interested in your feedback on this Linux version. In particular, we'd like to know more about moving the downloaded attachments from Sparks! into Linux media players.

You couldn't have tested Sparks with that tarball, because the sparks folder is missing. :-)

Anyhow, I tested the latest CVS on Fedora Core 2, and it loads, I can browse the directories and stuff. But when I try to add a feed, or a scheduled radio show to record, when I try to edit any of the parameters like the name of the feed, the URL, or recording times if it's internet radio, I get the following console output and Sparks dies. :-(

FALSE so the entry gets the event as well
